Adding the Hide Mask:
Place an FB on your page and set it's top and left positions to zero in the inspector. Set the Depth to "5".
Next add a transparent GIF (typically a 1 pixel by 1 pixel transparent GIF spacer that you use for other spacers on your site) inside the FB. Set the size of the transparent GIF to a fairly large size. It should extend well beyond the right side of your menu, and well below the lowest submenu that is in your menu. This GIF needs to create an area that surrounds and covers not only the entire menu, all submenus, but also extends as far as is practical beyond the menu and submenus. This should go from the top left corner of the page to at least a hundred pixels to the right and below all menus and submenus.
Click on the transparent GIF and turn it into a link. Set the link URL to "#" (without the quotes).
Now select the FB and give it a name that makes sense, like "mask1". Do not use spaces, underscores, or capital letters. Leave the Visible checkbox checked for now.
